We are approved under Federal Government guidelines to provide you with full access to all childcare fee subsidies currently available.
If you have done your Childcare Subsidy (CCS) assessment with Service Australia, please provide us with your CRN, your child's CRN in your enrolment form. Please note that there is only 1 parent/guardian's CRN will be used as the Primary Carer for your child. This primary carer is the person who is legally responsible for your child's enrolment, fee payment and all things related to your child's enrolment with us.
If you haven't done your CCS assessment, please note that from 10 July 2023, there are changes to CCS. For those families whose household income is no more than $530,000, you may be eligible to get CCS now. The CCS is paid to the service (us) directly from Service Australia as a fee reduction, and you are responsible for the difference between our full fee and the CCS, which is always referred to as the "gap fee", or your out-of-pocket money. Please be mindful that the primary parent/guardian is legally responsible for the gap fee, which means if for any reason your CCS is not received from the government, you are responsible to pay the full fee.
Please keep in mind that there are certain conditions for you to keep your eligibility for CCS - your child's immunisation record must be up to date, and you have to lodge your tax returns each financial year in time to keep CCS. If you don't meet these two conditions, your CCS will be stopped and you will be paying the full fee. So it is advisable that if you are eligible to get CCS, keep your child's immunisation up to date and ask your GP to submit the records to the government and get your tax returns done by the due dates.
